The shipping box or the monterizer box? NECA seems to charge a lot for shipping. I know on their site it say shipping takes 2- 10 business days, but for the price they charge, I think they are getting some profit off the shipping, and need a better shipping method, but I have no idea how it all works. They are up in Hillside N.J. ZLC Collectibles are also in N.J and I Placed and order with them and the package arrived in three days. My package has been at DHL Kansas City Mo. Since the 15th. Im just down the road in Tulsa Ok.  AfterShip says I should get mine by Mon or Wed. Im sure a scan from USPS will show soon.

This is my biggest fear with buying from Neca due to it having to travel to the UK. I've been lucky with my other Remco style figures they've sent me but when I purchased their Tom Atkins figure (over double the value of the monsters and way more limited), it of course arrived with a damaged box.

Not much I can really do about this if I want these exclusives and this is one I didn't want to miss. Fingers crossed for now though.

Mine is siting in the Kansas City DHL as well, so hopefully they get those out this week. I've been having a lot of issues with delays from USPS recently though. A package of mine was just sitting at a St. Louis facility for over a week.

If Frankenstein in chair arrives damaged, I won't order anything else from them. I have only ordered a couple things, and those wretched hanger tags are annihilated.

Just Recived my Monsterizer, no damage to outside box or Monsterizer box. I do admit the shipping box is just barely big enough for the Monsterizer, which was wraped in one sheet of thin flimsy bubble wrap, and only bubble pillows on two sides.The shipping box is very thick sturdy cardboad so that is a bonus. 🙂

I highly suggest folks open their monsterizers and inspect for damage.   These are very fragile.   I was scared mine would break removing it from the box.   The electrodes are permanently attached  and the table crank is super tight.

Do check, I just put batteries in mine and one the green insulators is not lighting up or flashing. Just sent an E-mail to NECA with photos attached asking how I should proceed. Did not ask if I could return or exchange it. I'm going to put the ball in their court and see what they say. Will keep everyone updated.

Given that this isn't a "cosmetic issue" with the packing, I've got my fingers crossed they treat you with more respect and understanding than they did with me.
