The TOTS figures , esp Hunch look too much like the old SS figures.

Oops.  My bad, thought this was some new Neca versions.
Still holds true for my wish that TOTS will release those Chaney figures, and Neca too.
At least we will have some Classic Monsters released under the Chaney name, and Lugosi maybe too.

I read in Horrorhound mag that Uni now owns the Spirit Halloween company.  They split it away from their Spencer Gifts, and own even those stores that open and close during Halloween season.
The mags current issue features Spirits full page of new licensed horror toys etc.  as well as a history of horror dolls, and toys that Spirit/Spencer's offered through the yrs.

I think this is the new 'in house' company that Uni is reportedly using for all their licensed properties going forward.  This being a claim gleamed through the TOTS v Uni findings so far.
If Uni has even more control over their properties, from design, manufacturers, packaging, et al. Get ready for more Generic Monsters than ever released before!

Scares me that no more true fans will be designing and releasing these collectibles.  Gifted fan artist like the Neca staff, and TOTS staff that know what we want, as they are fans too, will give way to a Corp way.  There may be a long period coming that is void of Classic Monsters items...

Anyone heard any word on when this one is expected?

Well, the card for the Bride set on display at NYTF reads "Q2 2024" and I'm inclined to believe that is correct over the NECA staff member who told me "I think Fall". It'll be worth the wait.

I'm sorry Shannon. I cannot hear anything other than "Ultimate Vincent Price" echoing through my head over and over at the moment, lol.

Watched this NECA walkthrough video at Youtube's suggestion; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5P-uHJ0IZi0&t=1110s.# Some interesting notes for monster fans (I'm sure some of this has been touched on before):

- Christopher Lee Dracula listed for Q1 2024.
- Regarding Hammer Horror figures; "there are more figures coming", and we'll see something else from the line before the end of the year featuring "another iconic Hammer actor". So I suspect Peter Cushing's Van Helsing or Dr. Frankenstein (likely the former, if I had to guess).
- Vincent Price listed for Q2 2024.
- Nosferatu listed for Q4 2023 (packaging show at the 17:20 mark).
- London After Midnight figure listed for Q1 2024.
- Black & White Creature from the Black Lagoon "Now at Target".
- GITD Remco-Style Dracula listed for Q4 2023.
- Regarding the Remco-style figures; "It's going to continue, we have some more surprises...in the Remco monster world". So who knows if this means other Universal characters or just other classic horror monsters (Hammer, for example).
- Deluxe Bride of Frankenstein Monster in Chair listed for Q2 2024.
- Ben Cooper Kids Clothed Figures listed for Q1 2024.
- There will be more in the Universal Monsters x TMNT mashup figures.

Certain "whispers in the wind" (who have been about 90% correct in what they've said over the years) have repeated rumors NECA want to do a Monsterizer for them.  Those rumors made their way over here already, unless I dreamed it. Time will tell.

I always forget about the Monsterizer toy. If I recall correctly NECA mentioned one in an Instagram post at some point, but I think it was some time ago.

People are getting their Loot Crate Franks and the bags are resealable (zip lock)

This video is very informative.

Watched this and the guy says the wings on the Professor Burke figure is made out of a "very flexible, thin plastic". You can see him move it around at 29:35.

Its probably the same stuff used on all modern action figures that require a flexible "fabric".
Would have prefered they went with cloth goods so you could do all poses with  his wings.   In alot of stills they are folded under his cloak.   Wont be able to pose his like that either.

One video says the VP figure will come with switchable collars, so he can have a tie, ascot and bow tie. Also an interchangeable arm to plug in the raven.

He stated its what they are using on some of the Gargoyles figures figures they make. Stuff is pliable. Hopefully it lasts.

Ok.  So I’ve seen the Glow Phantom, and Dracula in the video, and pics from the Neca walk through display.  Does this mean Neca still has release plans for these figs. that are outside of SD Exclusives only release?  I’m so hopeful, but confused if these may be available out side of that dreaded live stream buying frenzy.

Interesting that Neca plans other figs for the Remco treatment, more Classic Monsters please, I bet it will be the Monster/Turtles though, which won’t be a loss, even if they sale them as live exclusives.  A win, win- er, uh, I mean loose, loose.

Also, what is the Monsterizer exactly, don’t remember what this is.

Trevor Grove posted his sculpts for VP! So excited for this figure.
