Has her lipstick always been brown? I feel like red would make the colors "pop" a bit more. I'll surely pick it up, but I think this is the least impressive one so far.

Count Zachula

It looks more like a muted red. Bright red would probably make her look too much like a Barbie.

When Mummy was released we had some commentary about his hips. Given the toy industry's penchant for re-using parts, I wonder if some of Mummy made it's way to Mrs. Frankenstein, lol?

I'd prefer her to have redder lips, but I'm OK with her looks as is.  As to whether the Mummy hips are the same as the Bride's...to slightly misquote Queen..."Hip big woman, you made a bad boy out of me!"

Think I may have to pick this one up. Love the likeness, and her stare definitively works for me.

I especially like the bandaged face with those staring eyes.

Since all the stills are in B&W it's open to interpretations.

Maybe it's just the paint making a difference, but honestly: I don't see them as the same bottom half of body sculpt. Do you?

The Sculptor, Trevor Grove, needs to do every single Universal Monsters release. Here are some unpainted shots of some of the new ones:

Nope.  They're very different, which is why I posted those pics.

As much as I like Jada Toys's Universal Monsters figures, seems that the Bride was not in scale. In the movie she was very tall (7ft height). I wish NECA respect her height in the 7 inch scale.
April as the Bride was short, but she looks a bit taller for the hair and those rare platform sandals

Those unpainted pics are great!  the sculpts are dead on.  Full marks!

We are too lucky to have Mr. Grove sculpting these figures!
