When I looked them up, the pre-order price was $19.99 each.  Before I could actually order the price dropped to $18.99.  I just referred back to the pre-order page and they are listed at $23.99 each.

There's also a few 5% off coupons for Toywiz out there - I ordered a set for myself and a friend, and the coupon offset the shipping charge.
Divide it out and it came to $18 a figure. Pretty nice!
