All of a sudden they just disappeared! Stores, online, everywhere! Now I have to eat Ranch Doritos.  :(

I don't want to open a can of worms here but are you taking about the original flavor Taco Doritos that they started selling in 1968 or the more recent Taco Doritos they have been selling in retro packaging?

The Taco Doritos they have been selling for the last 20 to 30 years are oddly distributed. They only sell them regionally and they change what regions those are every so often. I think you are the victim of such a region change.

Click on Buy Now then scroll down to and click on Taco Doritos. A check mark will appear. Then go back up to the top to search and see if they are available in your area.

I'm talking about the ones that were available just a few weeks ago.

They don't have them in any of our local stores. (I'm not driving out of town for a bag of chips.)

The Doritos website lists a half dozen places to buy Doritos online and none of them sell Taco. I probably wouldn't buy them online, anyway, 'cause the shipping would triple the price.

Yeah, you probably got caught in the way they regionalize where they sell them. It's weird.

The Taco Doritos are my favorite.  I like the taste and they don't have as much irritating dust on them as do the cheese-flavored chips.

Besides, of all the Doritos, they have the lowest amount of sodium - something I have to limit.

I feel your pain. Ranch Doritos aren't very  good. Taco are great. There seems to be a lot of stuff vanishing. I was only able to score 2 boxes of jasmine Rice at my local Kroger the other day. That stuff is usually very plentiful. good luck on your quest for Taco Doritos.

I know Kroger does carry them, because I have seen them recently.  If you submit a request, they might stock the item for you.

I was wondering this myself! That was my favorite flavor. Now I'm back to the standard nacho cheese flavor.

They're banned in most states. The Newt lobby is pretty strong!

I'm old school. When it comes to Tex-Mex type snacks, I go for these:

I prefer the "Chili Cheese" ones.
