Old Navy has Wolf Man and Dracula shirts; I assumed these weren't licensed but notice that it has the trademark symbol after both Dracula and The Wolf Man but no mention of Universal that I saw online (I haven't seen these in person yet.).

The depiction of The Wolf Man looks great but the colors are wack.

Yep, both are definitely licensed.  The art is straight out of their style guide, and the Dracula shirt even mentions Universal.  I like the Wolf Man shirt design.  Would prefer slimming black.

The colors of the art match the cool cup art that debuted on fast food cups in Brazil. At least for The Wolfmsn. The Wolfman actual material color nixes it for me though. Not sure stomach bile is a good color to wear,lol.

I'm thinking it would look particularly good as party of a model railroad set. What scale is the house?     

It is 10" wide x 13½" high x 3½ deep.  I figured it would fit neatly on a display shelf and still leave room for small figures like the Lemax or Hawthorne Village characters.

The color makes it look like metal, but the listing says it is plastic.

Hmmmmm. That would be somewhere around 1/30 scale I think. That house would then fit very nicely in a 1/32 scale layout or with Aristo-Craft's 1/29 scale trains:

I purchased that hearse along with the skeleton pony. It came in a couple days ago. I assembled it yesterday and it's quite impressive.

Spirit Halloween has a ton of new Trick 'r Treat merchandise, and I'm loving it.
