This hollow Dracula figure is described as being made of rubber and 12 inches tall.  Judging by the cracking, it has some age.  I've never seen one before.

Any members know what it is - and if they made any other classic monsters in the same vein?

Based off of nothing but a guess, I imagine it could just be some generic Halloween decoration.

If I'm not mistaken,  I think you can find a picture of it in Kirk's book "Too Much Horror",  he's sitting on the floor with pieces spread out around him.

I take it it is just a photo with no identifying text.

Yes, there was nothing in the photo to identify it.  Only thing I can think of is it might be a piece made by a company called Paper Magic, or something like that,  they produced a few weird pieces for Halloween some years ago.

. . . it might be a piece made by a company called Paper Magic

They make masks and costumes and crafts and stuff. They bought out Illusive Concepts and reproduced their mask line, including that huge Creature mask.

I have the Paper Magic Witch and Wizard hard plastic blow molds, this looks very similar. Could be the same line.

Well. If anyone knows Kirk Hammet, ask him.
"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."

Dr.Terror

I asked someone who is frienfs with Kirk to ask him.  If I hear anything.         I  was told it was posdibly sold at Archie McFee in the early-mid 90s.   2 other genetic Hallowe'en  characters in the batch.  No monsters.   Not 100% confirmed.
Definatly not made by PMG etc... came in a plain plastic bag.  And they smell like clubman powder😁

Monster Mike

It's a hand puppet. When you put your hand in it and move fingers, you can make Dracula bite victim. I had a loose one years ago, it's just flimsy rubber.  I remember seeing one on eBay in a carded bag years ago and i think it was Mexico/Spain made product. I don't think it sold for much either.

Dr.Terror

Ahh, a puppet.   I tried him on.😁.  Thumb goes in Mina, fingers go in Drac...... 😋 A sealed example sold last year for over  $200.   I think the cracked example in the OP sold for over $100.
