I own quite a few books about rock, punk, metal, and hip hop. I'll start posting pics from my library. My brother just sent me these for my birthday. I'm super psyched. The old school punk rock gangs of SoCal are fascinating---a topic underappreciated by social researchers imo.

Mord and Mars: I think you guys will especially appreciate these books.

But anyhow, I hope others share pictures about music books they own.

The book is a tome, so can't say I've read it cover to cover, but I've read chucks of it and it's pretty cool.

Collecting! It's what I do!

All those titles seem like fascinating reading. As I look around my own library, there appear only four books on the subject:
two "illustrated encyclopedias" of rock, which I refer to often, and two books about Woodstock '69. Keep readin' & rockin'.
