Welcome to Collection Corner!
This thread is a video/photo showcase of members favorite masks in their collections.
You are welcome to shoot a cellphone (or better) video, or take photos of one mask at a time that you are particularly fond of or find interesting, and tell us something about it. Your post doesn't have to be a history lesson, but can be even just a personal account of where, why or how you acquired it, or why it appeals to you. Feel free to post videos, pics or just comment!

Some of you may remember this thread on the HMA.
When it sadly disappeared, the thread had over 32,000 views and over 700 replies.
I won't try to recreate that thread here, but rather start fresh with my most recent video, below. You can always catch up on my videos on the Collection Corner YouTube channel, where you will even find guest appearances by Ed Edmunds, Dr. Lady, Chris Zephro, Tony Zagone and more!

I'll get this thread started!

I'm having trouble getting the video thumbnail to show up, so any help anyone can give me with that would be appreciated!

Great thread, Jupiter 2. I subscribed to your YouTube a while back. Great collection🤘🎃

Unfortunately, nobody can. Videos stopped working, on this board, a couple of years ago and nobody seems able to fix it.  :(

Sir Masksalot

This is a welcome treat, jupiter2. Your mask critiques were one of our few remaining attractions at the now defunct HMA and I'm happy to see you've made the transition.
I'll be your first contributor with this Don Post classic everyone should recognize >

It was fairly easy to get at the time and beautifully painted but I ended up parting with it because of the eyes.
At some point, Post Studios started widening the eye trims on all their masks which must've made it easier to see out but lessened the creepiness.
Tor looks way better with pinprick pupils which would never pass safety regulation today, but hey ... wasn't that part of the thrill?

Mike Scott

The 2nd Tor looks best. The 1st one looks more like Uncle Fester.  ;D

So glad you're continuing Collection Corner here, jupiter 2! I subscribed to your channel a long time ago after seeing videos on the HMA.

By the way, the video displays just fine on the site when I use my PC. I'm running Firefox.

PS Here's my Death Studios Tor:

You're kidding! You can see videos on the UMA site with FF?

I have the latest version of Firefox (69.0.1 64-bit) and it doesn't work for me. I can follow the link to YouTube but the video doesn't play in the thread.

I am able to see both YouTube videos, via my smartphone.

Here are some pics of the Don Post Fu Manchu mask that I bought at my local Shoppers Drug Mart in 2006 or so:

Here's Deuce posing with it:

And here's a picture of The MAN wearing it at Halloween some years ago:
