Funny you post that...just last night I read the entry for SoF in Golden Horrors and this line was mentioned.  It related that when Lugosi spoke this line,  Rathbone, Karloff and Lugosi himself all broke up in gales of laughter.  It was a fun image to picture in one's mind: the monster stretched out on the table as he, Ygor and Wolf suddenly bust out laughing.
