Strange ... I was thinking about William Goldman a few weeks ago.  Someone in my high school social studies class was reading "The Temple of Gold" and my teacher made a comment. I was curious and picked up a copy.  I didn't see what was so special about the book but started to read Goldman from that point on .. I really enjoyed reading  "Marathon Man" and liked the movie when it came out but not as much as the book.  Sorry .. boring.
