I'd be up for them to release all of them in glow, as I LOVE things that glow in the dark.  Other than that...my budget just won't allow me to buy all these variants anymore.

Here's a new piece I did for the RUE MORGUE site on the Universal Monsters (and Metaluna Mutant) Super Soapies. I hope you like it!

I was surprised you didn't blow their cover on the Orange Soakies.

I actually didn't hear about them until they were posted about here. By that point, I had already written and submitted my article into my editor.

That reminds me...my Invisible Man sophie leaked during shipment.  I contacted Super 7 and sent photos of the damage, and they apologized and said they'd send a replacement.   So far nothing, so I'll email them again about it.

They really ought to offer empty bottles.  They know people are gonna wanna keep this stuff.

How many days has it been? I'd give 'em three business and then ask for a follow up politely.

Y'all seen that Grateful Dead "Bertha" Reaction figure?

Don't you wish they'd release that minus the laurel of roses on the head?

YES. I think the exact same thing every time I see it.

It was quite awhile.  I forgot about it.  But I did email them again, and they apologized and made it sound like the replacement had been sent out and said they'd send another out.  So I'll give it a week.  Sure hope it comes and it's not just a run-around.

I think Super7 is at the con with Transformers and G I Joe stuff.  No monsters that I've heard of.  I would think they might have the Werewolf Of London figure (IF all the rights have been ironed out) and the Halloween color soapies on display.  I don't know what else they could have planned, monster wise.  Maybe Godzilla figures?

The Super 7 SDCC exclusives are for sale on their website now.  I'm only getting the boxed 1954 Godzilla with train figure.  Get 'em while they last.

MonsterBaker666

My SDCC Godzilla with train boxed figure should be in hands next week!

Got my Invisible Man Soapie replacement.  Interestingly, the original was shrink-wrapped, whereas this one is in a wider bag that is sealed at the top / bottom.
