Cesare would have been a better choice to start with.

I wouldn't change a single character for UM series 3! These are terrific looking!

Munsters are a bonus! Just hope we get Eddie and Marilyn.

YES! Mostly excited for Ygor!  Also would love to get a Mars Attacks Martian.

Did you notice the Calagari card is cut at odd angles, to remind you of the Expressionist designs of the movie.

The question is...do you think there would be a series 4?  Or would this be it?

I collect a lot of these super 7 figures, especially the UM and rock n roll figures. I have some of the slashers too. I notice the Michael Halloween II and Child's Play figures in that photo. At $18 a pop, I prob stay away from the Michael and Chucky figures. For a few $ more you can go with the NECA versions. I'm def psyched for the next wave of UM though.

As far as characters go, I think this is it. They've done all the main monsters and Im-Ho-Tep and Igor. I don't see them doing another series of 6 with Drac's Daughter, Dr. Frank, Renfield, etc.

Only rabid fans are gonna buy those. Not enough to turn a profit.

Unlike Alice from The Brady Bunch or Tootie from The Facts of life?

Someone should have done a quality figure of Laughton's Hunchback by now.

That was entirely Targets fault. They approached Mego and they picked the characters made. Mego advised them to chaange it up more but Target wanted the audience of their TV on DVD impulse buyers.

I like this wave 3, shame no view of Hunchbacks figure. I would absolutely buy the niche characters for wave 4 & beyond, I want the Renfields, Paetoriouses0 & etc but I know thats not the profitable tier.

Munsters! Have always wanted them, odd there isnt more. Need Eddie and Marilyn, but theres also Uncle Gill, Zombo, racing outfit varients, etc to get at least 2 waves out.

Firstly, making a Series 3 with these characters is more than I could have dreamed in this scale.  Very happy with what they've done.

I think that a Series 4 is completely dependent on how well these sell. The first two Series have sold pretty well and Super 7 has made the monsters a core licensing property (two years of SDCC Boodegas demonstrate that). The previous property they placed that much emphasis on was Masters of the Universe. By comparison Super 7 made 5 Waves of Masters of the Universe in Reaction with about 6 figures in each plus Battlecat, Panthor and a ton of alternates. The only reason they aren't making more is a licensing situation involving another toy maker.

If Series 3 has positive sales numbers I could easily see them do a Series 4 with any of the following:

-Draculas Daughter
-Kharis
-Dr. Frankenstein
-Van Helsing
-Renfield
-Maleva
-Bela the Gypsy
-Dr. Jekyl/Mr. Hyde (Abbott & Costello)
-Dr. Pretorias
-Phantom of the Opera (1943)
-Glenn Strange Frankenstein
-Kay Lawrence and Lucas exclusives with Rita playset*

*This is just an unreasonable wild fantasy
