I placed my order on the 23rd. I ordered everything I wanted that was listed as in stock. It shipped on the 31st. If it was as listed "in stock," 8 days is too long.

I've waited 10 days sometimes for orders to ship from major retailers...  Amazon for one, Disney Store for another, and QVC... Wow.  You're lucky if they ship it that month.

Probably why I don't deal with any of those companies. Seems to me, the more you spend, the more eager they should be to keep you happy.

This is an interesting mindset.

I've ordered from Super7 multiple times and have always been impressed with the shipping speed, even my latest order from a week ago came fast.
I'm surprised to hear complaints.

LordMudd

I am surprised to be complaining. 3 orders in 4 months, this one more than the other 2 combined, yet this one has the problem?

I don't see the correlation between amount of money spent and speed of shipping.  That's not how it works.  They shipped it within  7 business days, a reasonable amount of time for a retailer and certainly a small company.  I'm not sure how old you are, but when you ordered something from the Sears Catalog or JCPenney, it didn't ship right away.  It took awhile.  I know people have become accustomed to 2-day shipping and ridiculous eBay standards, but that's not the way it used to be and not really an expectation we should hold everyone to, especially when they didn't have to offer anything to those who didn't attend the convention.

I remember those days. "Allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery" was the standard line.

Of course you don't see the correlation, you also did not see where I said it took them EIGHT days to ship it out, and while I may not be able to do calculus in my head, but I do know someone who can (whole other story...), last time I checked, eight is still not less than seven. There are also many stores that pay way more attention to customers who spend more money because they want those customers to spend that money at their store. We call that "just good business." Too bad the younger generation cannot pull their noses up out of their cellphones long enough to learn stuff like that.

My SDCC day-glo Reaction Monsters showed up today and they're fantastic!

I wish we could've gotten some of the other goodies from the Bodega online (Mummy tp, Wolfman pomade, etc.) but I'm glad to have these.

A little while back I wrote Super7 asking about Dracula, the Bride and the Invisible Man since there was no card art shown. They responded:

Hi Matt,

All of those are coming this year! We're looking to have those out in October.

So hopefully we see something soon... I'm getting impatient. I think it has less to do with actually getting them and more to do with worrying that I'll start collecting a new line and then it ending before everybody gets made.

I'm also hoping for another release of more day-glo Monsters to compliment the existing ones. And wouldn't it be cool if they made a sarcophagus for Imhotep or a coffin for Drac?

I have faith in these folks. They showed the Planet of the Apes at Toy Fair this year...and BAM! They were released most expeditiously. I suspect the Universal Monsters may have more legal snafu hoops and suits to jump through and over to get it done. But I have faith they will get it done. Keeping my claws crossed for a Werewolf of London. Cortland Hull has a rep for being easy to work with, and I am sure he would love to be involved in some capacity.

Wow.  Somebody clearly doesn't understand what a BUSINESS day is.  That does not include weekends.  The 28th and 29th don't count, dude.  You don't get to count those days.   You ordered on the 23rd.  It shipped on the 31st.  7 business days.  Get off your high horse.  Businesses don't care about how much you spend on a particular order.  They don't change the way they ship just for you.  These were convention exclusives that you did not have a right to.  They offered them up.  Perhaps whatever generation your in needs to learn to appreciate businesses that go out of their way to make items accessible to all fans.

Excellent, Mr. Renfield.  Excellent!

I cannot wait to get all of them!  Great products coming from this company.

I'm eagerly anticipating Super 7's Uni monster goodies this fall. Maybe, just maybe, they can bring the lunchbox back from the dead.
