I mean we've known this exact version of Godzilla was coming for a while, so I doubt this is the monster alluded to. If so, it's not very accurate to what was said.

I noticed Trick or Treat Studios recently made an officially licensed mask of The Man Who Laughs. (And it was under the "Universal Monsters" brand.)

There are oodles they could make.....but as you say: only super fans of the obscure would take the plunge.  So they probably won't bother with anymore after this wave.
