Mysterious White Bat Jiggler Question

I have a question that I am hoping someone can answer. If anyone will know, it would be in this forum. About a year ago on ebay, I saw a vintage white bat rubber jiggler figure. The one for sale looked like it had some red paint added to it or spilled on it. Anyway, I didn't buy it and have a little regret that I didn't. I have never seen another one and after countless searches, could not find any pics or info about it. I have seen a generic new one, but it's not vintage and was just a regular decoration. It's been awhile since I saw the original, so I am not even sure I would recognize it if  I did see another one.

Did Imperial make this bat? If not, does anyone know who did and when? Thank you
