Fantastic actually!  It was great to see some missing footage restored to the film as well. Nothing major, but still nice to see and well worth checking out.

The missing footage is Wolf coming back up through the trap door when he's looking for Igor? Did you notice anything else?
I didn't purchase the Frankenstein BD Legacy yet, because I had just upgraded my Dracula & Frankenstein (2004) Legacy sets. I was also a little put off that the picture is cropped - or so I heard. However, I'm pretty much sold on them now. I'll purchase the Frankenstein BD Legacy set next month for sure.

As you probably know - Disney did that with Fantasia 1940. Although they did create a stylized border so it didn't look too bad. It looks a lot better than 2 big black bands.

Thanks for the information.

Another part that I noticed was the adding of Josephine Hutchinson's now included reaction to a sudden feeling of dread when Ygor peeks at the sleeping Peter through the secret panel in his room whereupon she gets up and runs to check on him..there are a few more seconds here and there and it has been restored into the film rather seamlessly.
