Agreed , Love the film and it was nice to see it on TV again as it is rarely shown , mostly the 2 remakes are the ones that pop up but I much perfer the Laughton version (the man was a genius)

Love Island of Lost Souls, and the Criterion BluRay version is a thing of beauty!

Watched The Invisible Man Returns last night -- I like this sequel quite a bit.  It has a good story line, and it continues the "madness" theme of the original.

Watched The Invisible Woman tonite ... the best part of this movie is the appearance of John Barrymore and Margaret Hamilton (Wicked Witch of the West).  Otherwise, I'm afraid the movie itself is pretty forgettable.  Virginia Bruce was quite fetching, though.   :D

Finished up the Dracula Legacy discs this week and disc one of the Invisible Man...The old (2000) 36" Sony still does a beautiful job of presenting these films to me
