When Did You Last Watch A Classic Universal Monster Movie?

Earlier tonight, The Creature From the Black Lagoon in glorious 3D.  I finally broke down and got a 3D capable tv (a 55" LG 4K) and of course picked up the Creature as my first 3D Bluray.  I still can't believe that I'm sitting here in my own home watching polarized 3D that rivals any theater set up that I've seen.

Excellent!  I felt like I waited such a long time...for the movie to be released in 3D, and for decent home 3D systems to be made available.  The Creature was my first 3D purchase too; I had seen it screened in anaglyphic format a couple of times and it was awesome that way, but polarized is so much nicer.

Of course, how can we truly enjoy 3D TV, without a special deluxe Blue ray edition of the cinematic masterpiece "Robot Monster", being made available, so we can experience one of the greatest motion pictures of all time the way it was meant to be seen?
