I've ordered a set of the complete series (it has yet to come in), and I was wondering if any of you remember this horror series.  The 23 episode series aired on NBC for o)ne season 1972-1973. William Castle served as the executive producer.  It was initially hosted by Sebastian Cabot who was dropped after the fourteenth episode. I believe Richard Matheson wrote many of the screenplays.  I don't remember much about the series (I was a senior in high school at the time and probably had girls on my mind!).  Do any of you have a favorite episode from the series?
You can't kill the boogeyman.  Halloween (1978)

There are several vendors who sell the series on the internet, but this one was a good deal...I hope!  He also has a FM collection on dvd.

My two favorite episodes are the one with the toy horse, and the one with the evil boy doppleganger.  those two got stuck in my mind for years.

There are a couple of remastered episodes of this show included on the William Castle DVD Collection. They were great, especially the episode with John Astin.

I looked this series up on line, as I was sure I watched it but did not remember any of the stories.  After reading the short write ups on the episodes, it came back to me.  Dark Vengence, I remember the rocking horse rocking when it was going to do something.  Spare Parts I remember as well.  The Graveyard Shift, I remember Gomez Adams (John Astin) as a security guard with a limp.  And Air, Earth, Fire, and Water is something I've been looking for for a while.  Some art students find some bottles and are killed in a manner which reflects their art medium.  This really creeped me out as a kid.

Here is a scan for an article publicizing the show in a "TV Weekly" from the defunct "Herald Examiner" newspaper in LA.  I was a docent in the "Hale House" a museum house in a place called "Heritage Square", (The old victorian which appears on the cover and in the first photo), which is why I saved this all these years.  I think the Hotel Del Coronado was the backdrop in the actual show if I remember correctly. (I haven't seen the show since it was first broadcast)

I recall the toy horse episode & a few others that scared the crap out of me!
