(I still wish Sideshow had partnered with Universal to create another set of Classic Monsters DVD's with three more busts.)

Featuring . . . . .?

Mummy, Invisible Man & Bride.

(I think Creature deserved a dedicated set just for himself.)

Coming October 23rd from SEVERIN FILMS:

THE BLOOD ISLAND COLLECTION on blu ray

http://youtu.be/u7D9se_2i7A
Thanks for posting this, Memph!

I pre-ordered the Blood Oath Bundle.  :)

I would have pre-ordered the bundle with the mask but I was too late. Still, I'm stoked to get this bundle with these cool extras. This stuff will look great displayed with my Verne Langdon Zombie stuff.

I've been a huge Blood Island fan since I saw those flicks in the early/mid '70s on TV (with naughty bits intact!  ;D). I bought the Blood Island Vacation Image DVD box set a few years ago when it came out, and even bought the Alpha reissues. Be nice to get BDs of these flicks with new special features added to the already impressive list of the existing ones. And, Terror Is A Man is new to the set. The Blood Island Vacation included Brain Of Blood. Terror Is A Man is a good film and it'll be nice to have it on Blu.

Also ordered Emanuelle And The Last Cannibals. My Halloween is made even if I don't score anything else.  ;)
ALWAYS MONSTERING...

Bad Ronald, 1974 - BLU-Ray - Warner Bros. - Scheduled Release Date:  October 8, 2018

Scott Jacobt, Kim Hunter and Dabney Coleman.

A family with three daughters moves into a house and finds a teenage boy has been living in a hidden room ever since he killed a neighbor girl.  The boy seems quite taken with the daughters.

Made-For-TV movie.  Not a horror.  A psychological thriller.

I Think We're Alone Now, 2018  - BLU-Ray - Sony - Scheduled Release Date:  October 23, 2018

Peter Dinklage and Elle Fanning.

After the human race is wiped out, the Last Man creates an ideal existence for himself in a small, deserted town.  He thinks his life is perfect.  Then, someone else shows up.

I think the setup on this is very interesting.  Also, this is one of those films with nearly equal percentages for all each of the five star ratings.  Makes me want to see it.

Fantastic film.
"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."

Screamers, 1995 - BLU-Ray - Shout Factory - Scheduled Release Date - January 29, 2019

Two factions/planets are trying to mine the same energy yielding unobtainim  from the single asteroid/tiny planet where it can be found.  The no man's land between them is patrolled by self-replicating underground garbage disposals.  Think Jaws meets Tremors.

Peter Weller, Roy DuPuis and Jennifer Rubin.

Evidently too early for announced extras yet - but is IS Shout Factory. They usually give us something.

Thing From Another World, The, 1951 - BLU-Ray - Warner Bros. - Scheduled Release Date - November 20, 2018

No extras listed yet.  Sure hope they include a few.  This is a film that deserves two or three commentaries and a retrospective feature -  maybe a directors'/historians' roundtable on the impact it had on the industry.

NOTE:  This Warner BLU-Ray is being listed at 87 minutes, correcting the problem with the German Studio Canal Blu-Ray from a couple years ago that gave us a copy of the 81 minute re-issue cut.

A must buy for me.

I'm not buying if I'm not getting a goodly amount of new stuff.

Same here.

I don't upgrade everything to Blu-ray anyway. My monstering money is often best spent in other areas (toys, comics, mags, trading cards, vending items, etc... whole lotta stuff out there and I want most of it!)  ;D
