Like many, I could make a long list, but here are a few favorites:

Village of the Damned--1960
X the Unknown--1956
Quatermass and the Pit--1967
Night of the Demon--1957
Night of the Living Dead--1968
The Monster that Challenged the World--1957
The Monolith Monsters--1957
Island of Terror--1966
The Gorgon--1964
It!  The Terror from Beyond Space--1958
Godzilla Movies
"Listen to them; the children of the night.  What music they make!"  Dracula

Phantom Stranger

Curse Of The Undead (The first vampire/western)
House Of Dark Shadows
Creature From The Black Lagoon
Godzilla ( pretty much all of them)
Valley Of Gwangi
The Brain That Wouldn't Die (my favorite bad movie)
High Plains Drifter/Pale Rider (these films are westerns, that may or may not, be about vengeful spirits. You decide)
Legend Of Hell House
The Haunting

And on, and on and on.........

Frankenmarx

I'm not sure how classic some of my favs are, but:

Exorcist (I still can barely watch this by myself)
Don't Be Afraid of the Dark--the cheesy 70s tv movie with the furry creatures from the fireplace
Plan 9 From Outer Space---delightfully awful film
70s King Kong---Jessica Lange was extremely hot

Exorcist still creeps me out, too. It's the only one I have trouble watching alone. Kinda funny that Linda Blair turned out to be such a fine example of hotness but her as a kid scares the crap out of me. Zombie Confused >:D

I saw her in person this year at Monsterpalooza. Let me tell you, her hotness scares me!
