Here are some rad pictures I lifted off the net of the Whistling Spooky Kooky Tree that Marx released in 1962 or so:

Really nice specimens of the Marx Frankenstein can be found in the collections of some of the members of this very board. Here are pictures of one from Richard's collection:

Here's one packed with different cardboard inserts than Richard's:

And here is Raycastile's:

Hep, thats my all time favorite toy. I finally got one in minty shape about six years ago. Cost me a fortune, but I feel that I finally have my Golden Grail. Anything else I get is just gravy, at this point. Thanks for the pics. Marx was the best.

Oh my Lanta!!!!! I want a Marx Frankenstein's Monster, badly. With all the vintage Universal Monsters goodness
in my collection. He would look great, nestled with the other Uni-Monsters. Woe is me.😔🎃💀

What's remarkable is that the tin "robot" toys from the last few pages were released by the same company that also released all the mega cool plastic playsets such as these:

Prehistoric Times

Ben Hur

Western sets featuring Cowboys and Indians.

I always felt that Ben Hur set was a toy work of art. Let's not forget their beautiful set of Marx Uni Monsters. Those were the best sculpted Uni figures until Sideshow in the late 90s.
