I like the artwork on the covers of the Dell Universal Monsters comic books. In 1972 my older brother took me to my first comic book convention. It was at a hotel in Boston. It was small compared to more recent conventions I've been to. Anyway, the very first comic book I ever bought that was second hand was the Dell Frankenstein from 1963. I paid two dollars for it. I still have it, and here's a scan of it...
