Malatesta's Carnival Of Blood (1973)

This is a good weird Horror film. It's weak on narrative but here it's all about the imagery. You can get it in The Great American Horror Project Vol. 1 BD/DVD Combo Box set with The Premonition and The Witch Who Came From The Sea.

There are two Carnival of Blood films. I did not know that there were. I am only familiar with the directed, Leonard Kirtman(1970) film.
"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."

Yes. Malatesta's... is much the better of the two films. I have the Something Weird Video DVD release of Carnival Of Blood. I bought it several years ago in the Box Of Blood box set with two other DVDs.

Malatesta's Carnival Of Blood can be purchased in the excellent American Horror Project Vol. 1 BD/DVD Combo box set which came out not long ago. As I said, Malatesta's... is weak on story but the imagery is compelling.
