Hint #1: FM

Didn't need the hint... they were all painted by our favorite FM cover artist Basil Gogos.
The last one is most similar to his FM cover art, but the others were in book Gammil wrote about Gogos.

Spawn Of The Slithis (1978)

I saw this movie at the drive-in in 1978. I thought it was a fun little flick with another monster's look inspired by The Creature. I still have the little "Slithis Survival Kit" cardboard pamphlet given away at the theater. A few years ago I picked up the DVD by Code Red (which, like almost every Code Red release, disappeared about as soon as it came out).
