I messaged and inquired about this piece as well. It's Steve, the sidekick of Jordan from the show Toy Hunter. He wont let it go cheap as he knows its rare. I would have to say there are more than 2 others existing. I would like to own it, but its too much mula to sink into one piece. I got a nice bucket last year, so I'm happy with that for now!
He should stick to smokin' bones and leave the Monsters to us professionals.

Wasn't the seller's original B-I-N price $4200.00?

The ending B-I-N price was $3900.00 and the seller accepted a Best Offer.

Sure would like to know what the actual selling price was - just out of curiosity.  EBay used to show final sale price on Best Offer sales, but no more.

Well if he didn't take Ray's offer of 1500 it may well have been North of that, however I am inclined to think that if the seller did any research (especially if he stumbled onto this site) he may have eventually accepted less than that after he couldn't sell it. Or there is the conspiracy option of making a second ebay account to burn, so as to end the auction with a bid offer and make it look like it was sold without it ever actually transferring hands...

I believe the listing was supposed to come down on Tuesday the 19th. Since I was watching the piece this is the info that I received from e-bay anyway.  Since the piece "vanished" before the 19th., I believe it was sold, otherwise, it would have been up till then with the auction showing "auction has ended", however the seller may have pulled it, but I think the listing would have still showed something where the auction ended, this is why I really do think it was sold.

Here's a Clinton Frankenstein Lamp listed on eBay for $2K.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/286247741285

The top of the head is cut out like a candy bucket (which I don't think was normal with the lamp). Either someone made a candy pail into a lamp, or some weirdness happened at the Clinton factory. The lamp may have had variants with the top of the head cut out, I don't know. It looks like remnants of a handle strap are present. The item was listed as an auction before with a min. bid of $2K and nobody bid.

The only other Clinton Frank Lamp on eBay is the one for $10K that has been for sale for years, I think it was $5K for a while. It's obvious Mr. $10K doesn't really want to sell it and is just flexing. I never understood the value of flexing an item on eBay. A message board, YT video, or toy show makes more sense to flex on...but, eBay?   People don't even know who you are on eBay except rarely.  ::)
ALWAYS MONSTERING...

Is it just me, or does the lamp have much softer details than the bucket?
Morning, noon, or night, Anytime . . . . the count may strike. If you're caught you have to linger, Cause Dracula may bite your finger!

Someone added a handle.  My lamp does not have a  handle and never did.

Mine has the same detail as the Bucket version.

It could be the way the photo's were taken, but yes, the details do seem a bit softer compared to a regular bucket head.  The few existing lamps that I know of have no handle, and the top of the head is not cut out. I e-mailed the seller and asked about the base to see if it might have been added, He said that it is molded as one piece, no seam or anything like that. He agreed with me also stating that the light hole in the back of the head does look a bit crudely cut. So, a possible mistake at the factory, or, somebody there or outside the factory looking to make a double purpose piece as both a bucket and light. Looking at what remains of the handle though, it looks exactly like the ones put on at the factory from the fasteners at the sides.
