Deadly Blessing?
Nope.

Hint #2: The character who said the quote is seeking revenge for what befell a fat, sweaty, whiny, wheelchair-bound guy.

I modified this post because I realized my addition of the laughing emoticon might seem like I was making fun of someone in a wheelchair, which I would never do (my mom is wheelchair-bound). I was making fun of the guy, but only because he was a really obnoxious character, which I think will make more sense when the quote is guessed.

You got it!

And the obnoxious character I was referring to is Franklin, of course, from the original, who was supposed to be Lefty's brother.

If you listen to the running commentary on TCM, you will realize that EVERYBODY in the cast & crew hated that guy and were glad when he met his demise.

I'd read that Gunnar Hansen didn't like him very much on set, but later on became good friends with him.  I guess the guy was a method actor, and stayed in character the whole shoot.  And I think Franklin is one of the most unlikable people I've experienced in a movie, so that can't have been fun.
