Is this a newer movie?
Not really new, but certainly not old. This film is a very good adaptation based on classic pulp horror. It's directed by someone who is held in high regard by most horror fans.

DARK SHADOWS:

David Collins: "Dead people dont just get up and walk around.."

Sarah Collins: "Sometimes they do."

Ok, here's a pretty easy one:

"We'll begin with a reign of terror...a few murders here and there.."
DARK SHADOWS:

David Collins: "Dead people dont just get up and walk around.."

Sarah Collins: "Sometimes they do."

An easy one for anyone who sat through this stinker:

No takers?

This line is repeated a few times during this very recent sci-fi movie.

Recent stinker? Haven't seen anything, lately, that I hated. Big budget?

Moderate budget.  Not a blockbuster, but not an art house.  With recognizable stars.

HINT:  It's title is its own review.

Need more?

Made this millennium, action takes place in the U.S., but was filmed in Canada.  Made for TV.  Disaster based rather than monster.

Action resembles another, larger budget theatrical movie - whose title often gets confused with an earlier, totally unrelated TV movie.
