These kinda look like Nestle Crunch cars with crispy rice inside, but the label says the little chunks are "Popping Candy".  So, what could that be, Pop Rocks?  (Target's site did not give detailed information about the ingredients.)

These Target Stores candies seem to be Mars Candy knock-offs.  I like the individual wrappings they did for Halloween.  The graphics on some of these were also used on very different candies.  So, you can't judge their candy by their covers.

Apparently these are a thing.  Pop! Candy Universal Monsters.  Box lunch has them and you can use BL20 to get them for $7.20 each, but it's random what you get.
