Along with the Mummy paint master, I am also acquire this awesome Wolfman calendar style bust. The bust was put together by Kelly Mann, the head is a master copy Wolfman from the reissue mold and the hands are created by Rob Tharp from the molds.

Both great additions to any collection! Super nice!

Mord

Both are spectacular! I would love to see more calendar masks turned to busts (like your Wolfman). Great piece.

Before I scrolled all the way down, I thought you were wearing the Wolfman mask. Then when I saw the whole pic, I saw it was a bust. ;D I can't imagine a mask of this caliber ever coming off the collector's stand. ;D

It does look like a person is wearing the mask and hands at a quick glance! That's funny. On the life size Mummy that Kelly Mann is building me, I almost went with the Calendar pose. I changed it to the classic one arm reaching out look. I'm going to make a dedicated thread for this project later tonight. I'm glad you guys like the pieces, I have a good group of things coming in eventually.

Every time I see a new post in this thread by you CG I know it will be super cool. Can't wait to see what comes next.

You're operating on a whole other level CG! Thanks for keeping us in the loop!  :)

I'm glad to see the metal molds found a good home.
I wonder who ended up with the pumpkin mold, I don't even recall seeing that offered .

Crimson Ghost

The pumpkin mold would have been a plaster mold since the masks were latex, I heard only one exists that is in the hands of someone who worked on the film. The smaller "Smiling Jack" Pumpkin mold was recently found by Don Post Jr. and is in his possession.

My Witch mold is for the vinyl Witch that was released in 83/84, it's the same as the 82 latex Witch (H3)  but they dropped the ears. The metal molds were for vinyl production and used in a roto casting machine. (Not sure if I mentioned that yet)

"That ain't tactics honey. That's just the beast in me."

The latest pieces I had foam filled just arrived back today. Topstone Skull, Custom 70's Hyde B DPS, and Topstone 80's Shockmonster.

Crimson Ghost

Two amazing and rare different paint variations on the 70's Hyde B by The Tharps. These are quickly becoming some of my favorite pieces in my collection. Both foamed by Dante of course.
72' catalog look on the left, and the film character on the right.

They look great CG! I had one of those Topstone Skulls when I was a kid, a classic! Funny how the Topstone Shock Monster looks nothing like the classic illustration used to advertise them. Kids were in for a shock if they mail ordered one (pun intended).  ;D
