Love this movie!

This scene scared the padiddle out of me when watching this on tv a weekend afternoon as a kid.

The first two Quatermass films are fun, too, with American Brian Donlevy playing the good profesSOR who can drive up to launch-pads and crash-site in his station wagon, conveniently with their own parking lots.

The first one is a cautionary tale about some silly wives who bring their crash-landed husbands cacti for his hospital room.

"What? No petunias? No daisies?" It's like Dan Aykroyd trying to think of the most harmless thing in the world - the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man - only with thorns. For a while.
