this lot sat on ebay with a BIN for less than 24hrs a couple years ago.
i took this screenshot while it was still active... wish i grabbed them when i had the chance!

i really like the color of the plastic - can't go wrong with slime green - and the paint job has that fantastic crude appeal that ive come to love.

wish there was a franky

You could try buffing the charm with a soft wheel.

But I suspect the "shimmer" is just the result of photographing it with a flash.

I dunno MFS, look closer, see all the speckles in the black?   I bet that is some sparkle glitter in there.    Anybody else see sparkles?

dreamy.

maybe the Owner of that will come forward.

im pretty sure it went for about $150.
i didn't immediately pull the trigger because i was waiting on the seller to get back to me on whether or not they had a frank.

in hindsight... frank shmank... there were 2 metaluna & a mummy

ive never seen a glow in the dark pencil topper. that would be amazing if that pinkish white metaluna was indeed glow in the dark! i love glow in the dark monsters.

looking closely at phantom & mummy - they gave phantom the one eye paint job & mummy has 2 painted eyes - never seen that before.

here is a one eyed 1" inch painted mummy.
i really like the purple on this one - it really pops.

that purple mummy pops so hard, his eyeball flew out.      Hey Count Zero, I like your observations, on the 2 eyed slime green mummy, and the one eyed Phantom.

I wonder if that buyer will step forward so we can hound him for that Glow Metaluna.    Shirley they made glow charms, makes perfect sense to me!

Wasn't the '70s more the glow decade? Off the top of my head, I can't think of any glow stuff in the '60s.

(And don't call him Shirley!)

The Aurora Frightening Lightning model kits were released in 1969 and were instrumental in starting the glow-in-the-dark craze.

Well, that's about as close to the '70s as you can get.  ;D
