There's 5 Die Hard movies?

Gotta love Hollywood for beating a thing to death.

These arrived today.

Nice!

The LT box is great! Unfortunately, it is missing a few of my very favorite cartoons, though I think they are all on the BR "Platinum" sets. Don't know why someone wanted to call it a "show", or "series", though? It's a compilation of theatrical shorts.

I got a great deal on EBay for this set. Was about $48.00 after tax. I couldn't pass that up as I only ever had Volume 1 before.  Mike, I know these sets are still only a taste of the full catalogue.  What are the BR sets you'd recommend for the additional toons you said they're missing? Thanks in advance.

Each of the 3 Blu-ray "Platinum Collection" sets have about a doz. cartoons not released on the "Golden Collection" sets. (There are other non-canon toons on the bonus disc.)

These are the Wiki pages for the 3 BD sets.  On the right side of the table you can see which toons are not on the GC sets.

They do have my three favorite missing cartoons, "Birdy and the Beast", "Tree For Two" and "Feline Frame-Up". I can watch them on Daily Motion, whenever I want.  :)

Thanks. Perhaps many are on YouTube or Dailymotion.

They have a lot of WB cartoons on there.

As for DVDs,  I would also recommend the LT Super Star collections. They have 15 toons per set (1 DVD) and most to all of the toons are not available on the GC discs. Two of the sets are completely sourced from the GC discs, though. Check the details on Wiki.

Chuck Jones" "Mouse Chronicles" is a good one, too. It has all the "Sniffles" and "Hubie and Bert" and some one off mouse cartoons.
