Watched a couple of the Disney movies, today.

Was not surprised that "Song of the South" was not a restored print. Since Disney has no plans to release it, I doubt that they have done any restoration on it. It wasn't that bad, though. Like any other unrestored old movie. Color was bright. Sound was good.

Wanted to see if "Sleeping Beauty" was Scope and it is and obviously the meticulously restored print! Not a speck on it and the color was gorgeous and the sound was great! I checked "Lady and the Tramp" and it was the same! Hope the rest of the movies use the restored prints.

Checked a couple of '60s movies and they were open matt prints. They were matted in the theater to 1.66 and 1.75, but I'd rather have the open matt prints than have any older Academy ratio movies cropped to wide screen. :P

The original 2007 Sony Blu-Ray. Figured I might as well since the Indicator release uses the same print.

Includes both versions.

Got my Killer Klowns from Outer Space Blu Ray today.  It's a basic edition with an awful cover, but all the nice editions are out of print and pricey.  It's going to be the family Halloween movie this year.  Something my 8 year old nephew can watch with us that won't get me in trouble with his parents.

Is that the bluray release from a few years ago? The ARROW bluray release is much better.

All the boutique editions of the movie appear to be well out of my price range.  This is fine for now.

Let me know if that J&H is a pressed BD, or BD-R.

It is a pressed Blu ray

Still a few Hammer movies left on my wants list. Picked these 3 up, recently. Couldn't find a BD for the third.
