I really liked the finale. Zack set off the first bomb which caused mass destruction. Then he set off the second bomb which basically fixed everything. Also, not in finale, but I was glad Abraham was the one that beheaded the Nazi. The Nazi tortured and instigated Abraham for over 70 years. He got what he deserved.

I was surprised that they never explored the origin of the vampires here. The books went into much detail about exactly where they came from, spinning out of a very dark Biblical tale and giving the ancient vampires a firmly supernatural, even spiritual beginning. And ending, actually.
