Only the first 2 (0f 6) half hour episodes still exist. The remake uses the original script, so you get an idea of what it was like.

I haven't seen the original remnants of the BBC version or the remake, but I have seen the original BBC version of Quatermass And The Pit on You Tube and it's excellent.
