Lyle Talbot.

I thought I should know him!

I didn't recognize him without hair - and the bald cap changed the shape of his head.
ADAM

Correct on all three (it is Atom man vs. Superman, it is Lyle Talbot, the cap does change the shape of his head!!)  :)

Fangs Of the Living Dead?
No, but it is Eurohorror goodness. This is to be covered on the next NaschyCast podcast episode, and it was released not too long ago on an excellent DVD double feature by Code Red.
