I've looked at the photo again and again and the male actor is so familiar I am stuck, I just can't place his name.

The actor looks familiar.

The actress has a similar hairstyle SO similar as what is seen in "Son of Dracula" and "Son of Dr. Jekyll". Can't think of any movies with Daughter in the title that would fit.
