Sorry gang-that isn't even the pic I meant to post! Clue-it's from a TV show, not a movie and it was released here in the US. Not Ultraman but similar.Dubbing was supervised by the great Mel Welles of Little Shoppe of Horrors fame. It aired in Japan in 1971-1973 and was released here in the late 70s.

That thing is from the SPECTREMAN tv series and I think it was called a Magnetudon or something similar..
