Good news, Mark.

I finally discovered the problem. The "Like" plug-in was not installed within the Core theme which is the theme that you use. I reinstalled the plug-in and it should now show itself. Primates and their problems.

Well, if I like a post enough to want to "Like" it, I can use Tapatalk's Web View feature to "Like" it.

Thanks for your input, Jim. I'm open to all members voicing their opinion on the LIKE button. I recognize that this button could be less obtrusive, and that is something I will look into.

I don't see any way to turn it off? Although, for some reason I don't seem to have it anymore.

Are you sure? You won't see it under any posts of your own no matter how vain you are. 

You can only "like" other member's posts.
