I just love the imagery associated with Halloween. I love the jack-o-lanterns, ghosts, witches, black cats, bats, owls, ravens, rats, scarecrows, skeletons and gravestones!

Hope everyone had a good Halloween.  I'm on the last leg of my movie marathon, well into November 1st and still going!  Beer and horror movies...it's still Halloween here!!

I my neighborhood, we only had three that came to our door. 

It breaks my heart every year.  It's not a reaction to the covid years.

I live in predominantly Asian neighborhood, many of whom speak so little English, they nod and smile but never speak.  It's not their holiday.  My pumpkin is the only one in any window.  (I wonder what they think of me.)

I had about 25-30 kids, which is normal for my house.  On our street there were only three houses passing out candy and only my house and another with decorations.  It's sad that people don't get into the Halloween spirit anymore.

How many houses on your street have kids, if you'd care to hazard a guess? I'm guessing the singles, elderly and otherwise childless houses don't see any reason for all that, if they aren't horror fans.
