Why We Love Vampires (NBC, Nov. 1st)

A one hour special on the fascination with vampires.  Cassandra Peterson will be doing some commentary/discussion on the topic.  I'm sure this will end up being one big push/commercial for NBC's Dracula.

Actually, I'm not a big Vampire fan. I always liked the monsters I felt sorry for: Frankenstein, Wolfman, Hunchback, Phantom of the Opera, King Kong, etc. Dracula/Vampires are selfish leeches .

I actually like Vampires, but I do share your opinion of people who work at the DMV for that very reason.

It more or less was, but was put together a bit better than one might have expected. (For an hour of prime time, network TV.) They really covered the waterfront. Devoting time to: Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein and PLAN 9 From Outer Space. Even COUNT CHOCULA and THE COUNT from Sesame Street!
