Dracula Dead and Loving It "ring"?

Hi I am making a Potatohead of Leslie Nielsen from Dracula Dead and Loving It, For my Brother, and I noticed He wears a ring on His index finger. Does anyone know if this is the Classic Dracula ring design or something else? I can't find pictures of it online and no good stills in the movie. Thanks for the help.
