Who programmed the jiggle that crops up when making a longer post into this program? Was it somebody's intention to discourage posts above a certain length?

Get rid of it. I've never encountered anything like it on any other board.

Except for videos, I never get any sounds from the UMA.  Like Mike said...
Does anybody get a similar "error" sonund?

I've noticed that. You can't read what your typing after awhile. It moves back into the paragraph and then as you type it jumps back and fourth from the letter thats being typed and back to the middle of the post. (If that makes any sense)

Don't know what kind of glitch this is (or who's), but it wasn't purposefully programed to do that.

It's done that, since the first day I joined UMA

Suggestion..........a way to "unwatch" threads. Some forums have a filter that allows you to ignore threads.

It's probably not a big deal but I noticed that "memorabilia" is spelled wrong on the index page. Looks like it's correct on the webpage title.

I fixed it, if whoever is in charge of that sort of thing wants to use it:

I still get that troublesome jiggle with longer posts.

I have a question....

Is there any way when I log on to the UMA my laptop will dispense a cold beer  a Swedish swimsuit model and a shopping cart full of vintage collectibles?? Is this feature not working for anyone else??
