I think this is the earliest I can recall ever seeing stores starting to display Halloween stuff. Maybe in the past there might have been 1 or 2 in early September but we're still in August.

My Wife and I went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast and they had some interesting Halloween items. I love it that Pumpkin Spice coffee is coming back out again.

I've seen candy out for the past two weeks and couldn't resist purchasing some 'Coffin Crisps' the other day.

I checked Dollarama yesterday and they were starting to stock their shelves.

For the first time I'm glad a season is being marketed so early. Can't get enough Halloween in my book!  :)
Supernatural, perhaps; baloney, perhaps not.

Yeah, Halloween has overtaken Christmas as my favorite holiday. The longer the season the better.

This time of year is pretty typical for stores that don't carry back to school stuff; Michaels and Garden Ridge have had their stuff out for a few weeks now!  With school in all the other stores should start putting their stuff out soon!

Garden Ridge had Halloween goodies out- in late JULY!  :)   Which is fine by me, because I like to get first pickins'!  I bought a couple of little crows (before they got all messed up by rough customers) and a bunch of creepy cloth. I LOOOOVE the feeling of new creepy cloth! It's like a fresh start at creepin' up the old homestead.

I'd be happy if Halloween lasted all year -- it's definitely the best holiday!!

I've never seen those and I love the wrappers, but I was curious about the statement "same original flavour" -- same as what? Because of the "u" in flavour I figured they must be made in Canada, and in doing a little research I confirmed that. I think the reference to same flavour is to their regular candy, "Coffee Crisp". Here's a display box for their Halloween-themed candies...interesting that they would refer to their sugar-laden treats as "The Graveyard"...

I just saw the Coffin Crisps this year but according to the internet .. they were out last year too. C

Btw ~ I believe the display box 'says'  .. The Crave Yard .. Dig Right In.

It was always my favorite! Even before I stopped believing in Santa Claus...late last year. :P

There's nothing wrong with sugar. Your body actually metabolizes everything you eat down to sugar.

Definitely not a US item, which is sad.  Kit Kat is a Hershey's candy in the United States.  It is produced by Nestle elsewhere, which makes me think other countries don't have as great of Kit Kats as we do.  :D

I'm looking forward to the return of these!
