Thanks! I know. But i'd rather it go out with eight great seasons , than get dragged on and possibly lose it's charm after awhile. It is such a great show though.

I totally agree Howler-- in the past I didn't normally watch series because I didn't want to commit the time, but Dexter was so unique and addictive that I've seen every episode, most of them more than once. I'll miss it, but at least "Bates Motel" is shaping up to be quite a watchable replacement. And season 2 of Holliston on Fearnet should be entertaining too.

I hear good things about both of those shows. I'll have to check them out at some point.

My wife and I are watching Bewitched. We have seasons from 1 to 4.  I would like to find season5 and then after that I don't really want to own any more. That was after Dick York quit. Now that my son has moved out and now my daughte just dropped the bomb on us that she is moving out with her boyfriend all within 7 months of each other, we find ourselves with spare time and a empty house. So we are starting to go through the DVD TV series that we have,  I just got the Planet of the Apes TV series and I found Night Gallery season 1 so now I have all of those. My wife said she would watch all the tv series we have. I wonder if she will watch Kolchack with me or The Incredible Hulk. Time will tell.

Starting season 2 of The X-Files. I'd give season 1 a 3 outta 5 rating. Some really good episodes that sucked us in where nothing else mattered ,but a few episodes that were boooring.

Loved the recent "Bates Motel", "Following", "Walking Dead" and "The Americans"(very exciting show). Looking forward to "Dexter" in a month.

I am currently watching subtitled episodes of Taiyo Sentai ("Solar Squadron")Sun Vulcan, Toei's 1981 super sentai series. It's pretty good and fun-sentai series usually have ridiculous monsters, outrageous action and rather dramatic plotlines(unlike the US adaptations Power Rangers, which leave the drama-including deaths of innocent bystanders, villians and main characters-out for American kiddies).

Awesome show!  I still have my Rhino vhs tapes, I was actually just talking with my brother the other day about the show and telling him I would transfer them to dvd for him........I had no idea they released these on dvd!

Actually.....I transferred my VHS to DVD as well. I wonder if the show was ever formatted to DVD? Hmmm.

Yep!  I actually looked it up after your post and there have actually been two seperate collections released, though niether sounds perfect!

Currently re-watching The Wire. I'm in the middle of season 3. Quite possibly, the best show on TV.

I'm also watching season 1 of Star Trek.
