Had a big stack of the early Hellboy Novels come in at work.  Couldn't remember what I had, so I bought em all.  Probably got a dupe or two, but I got at least 5 I didn't have.  I was hoping they might have the monsters novels too, but no dice.

My nephew went to Universal City Walk yesterday, and got one of the Lil' Boo sippers for my brother as a present with his own birthday money.  I'm very proud of him.  And apparently these things are difficult to get ahold of.

When I log in it says 'purchased 5 times' -- I DO get a lot of trick or treaters (between 100-200) and I make goodie bags.  Candy, monster toy, trading card, I think I have more fun than the kids who get them do.

I wish I got trick or treaters.  We take my nephew out now, so no one's home, but I always leave a bucket of goodies out for them.  Last year I counted them beforehand, and zero were taken.  Total bummer.  There's an elementary school in my neighborhood and everything.

I know, he only makes small batches of art and they sell out in minutes.
He posts on the dreaded Facebook the date and time a new release is going to happen.
Usually about every 3-4 months. I scored this set of 4 on ebay.
He sells at a lot of horror conventions as well.

Another one for the monster game shelf, just in time for Halloween!  I'm very intrigued by this one.  I'm not expecting much from it thematically, as it's a trick taking card game, like hearts.  The idea is that you're all  executives, vying for stature with petty one upsmanship with things like business cards, and getting into Dorsia (appropriately one of the highest cards).  Killing people is something you do to get yourself ahead.  It's about feeding your ego and bashing it against other people's.  I hope it's good!
