Though it inspired my UMA name, I did not own this film (Herzog's 1979 Nosferatu the Vampyre) before I bought this 2 DVD set. And, I have not yet seen the film in English. I plan to wait until Halloweentime. Even the version I saw with captions (hence the 2 DVDs here) I have only seen once.

I have a feeling, but I could be wrong, it might be this guy. He is a legend in the paper mache world. I have known about his work for years. He creates Halloween masterpieces. If it is not this guy, he could probably make them. Here is the link to his site.
