Great score! You can't find those kinds of deals in So. Cal. (too many collectors out here). That Dracula goes for four or five times what you paid (great figure, too). Which store had the Pamela/Jason set?

I managed to pick it up at Hastings, they had two of each NECA exclusive.  Now that I'm back in ABQ and there are about 6 Hastings stores in the area I'm wondering if I could find another, there's not too many collectors out here that I know of.

I was just notified my pre order of the Pam and Jason has shipped, so I will see it soon. This figure has now dominated ebay. It's a bit off putting. If you do any search for Jason items.  This item comes up over and over again now.

My DST Cthulhu bank arrived today via some cultist in USPS garb. Now I can worship the Great Old One and save pennies all in one fell swoop.  >:D

Lot of potential for customizing that bank. Fill it with plaster, cap the coin slot with putty, repaint it. put a balsa wood bottom on it with felt. Repaint it. instant idol prop.

Or....you can just leave it as is and have a neat piggy bank, lol.

Awesome item.

A friend of mine in Utah got his and said it's remarkably sturdy. I was telling him to fill it with newspapers and then maybe marbles at the bottom to keep it from tipping over, but he said he really doesn't see that as being an issue.

Great figures. The Mrs Vorhees set looks great. I have only seen stock photos of it so far. I have it on pre order. I didn't think it was available until the middle of this month. Also, where are Travis' guns? ;D

It is VERY thick and sturdy. I think it's one of the best monster items in years, especially if you're a Lovecraft fan. I'm not a customizer (not figures anyway), but even if I were I think I would leave this one pure. It's that good.

I saw Pacific Rim for the first time a few days ago. It was good. However, I really would have liked to see them mix in some actual man made monsters. Good old fashioned guys in monster suits slugging it out.  I think the only man made effects where the organs from the monsters that were in the labs and the private collection.
